A PAC code (Porting Authorisation Code) is a short code which you will need to transfer your mobile phone number to a new network. The easiest way to get a PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from the number you wish to keep. Once you have your PAC code, you should give the code to your new network to begin the transfer process.
